Excellent breakfast with great variety of dishes. Helpful staff accommodated our request for early breakfast. Very good Wi-Fi signal even outside the building. Close to city center and metro stations. Spacious and comfortable room with nice view. Outstanding cleanliness. Staff very helpful. Highly recommended. 5 min walk to trams and tube. Good food for breakfast and dinner. Great feel to the hotel.

The value for the money was great, with nice rooms and a safe and mini bar included. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the metro and tram stops. The staff, especially two ladies at the front desk, were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by including fresh orange juice without an additional charge.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk away from the lively Old Town and conveniently close to the hop on/off bus stop. The staff at the reception desk were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were beautifully furnished and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel was meticulously clean, with daily room cleanings and fresh towels provided. I appreciated the air conditioning and the option to open the large windows for some fresh air. the level of comfort and the quality of services were exceptional.
